Only strictly necessary cookies

This website uses only cookies that are needed for it to work. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt in or out of.

The cookies we set

Session cookie (better-auth.session_token): keeps you signed in. Removed when you sign out or after seven days.

Language cookie (JK_LOCALE): remembers whether you chose English or Greek. Kept for one year.

Booking cookie (jk_manage_…): lets a guest see the confirmation for a booking just made on this device. Kept for 30 days.

Payments

When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's checkout page, which sets its own cookies under Stripe's policy.

If this changes

If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and offer a preferences control on this page.
