About these terms

These terms apply to the Jocelyne's Kitchen website and to bookings made through it. The website is operated by Jocelyne Thalassinou, Odos Petraki Giallourou 7, Ayios Dometios, 2373, Cyprus.

Nature of our services

Our services are coaching and lifestyle guidance. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy and do not replace consultation with a physician or other healthcare professional. You are responsible for seeking medical clearance where necessary.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Bookings and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Paid appointments are confirmed only when our payment provider confirms the payment; until then the time is held for a limited period.

Online cancellation and rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before an appointment. Refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy.

Nothing renews automatically. Each month of consultations and each coaching plan is purchased separately.

Coaching programmes

Lifestyle & Performance Coaching is provided under a written coaching agreement that you review and sign electronically. If these terms and your signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Liability

You take part in training and lifestyle changes at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, health complications or damages resulting from misuse or misapplication of the guidance provided. Legal review: limitation of liability wording and consumer-law requirements.

Governing law

Confirm governing law and jurisdiction (e.g. the Republic of Cyprus) and any consumer dispute information required.
