Physician-Led Performance and Nutrition Consultant

Alexandros is currently practising in the field of general surgery in Germany.

Through his clinical work, he is regularly exposed to the long-term consequences of lifestyle patterns, including obesity, poor nutrition, physical inactivity and smoking. These factors are associated with increased surgical risk, higher complication rates and prolonged recovery, whereas healthier lifestyles are linked to more favourable outcomes.

In addition to his medical background, Alexandros brings years of experience in multiple sports, including competitive-level training. This enables a multidimensional approach that integrates medical insight, performance training and sustainable weight management.

Our approach

The programme is built on a combination of medical knowledge, clinical nutrition and practical experience. We do not believe in extreme diets or short-term solutions. We focus on structure, consistency and sustainable results.

This programme requires consistency. There is no expectation of perfection, but there is an expectation of effort. Your current condition reflects long-term habits. Your future condition will reflect the habits you build now.

Training
Structured aerobic and resistance training, adapted to your level.
Nutrition
Evidence-based guidance focused on real food and sustainability.
Support
Regular check-ins and ongoing guidance.
